自我管理教育对哮喘患儿生命质量影响的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究自我管理教育对哮喘患儿治疗及生命质量的影响。方法:将我院确诊为支气管哮喘的80例5-14岁的门诊及住院患儿随机分为教育组40例(规范化治疗+自我管理教育),对照组40例(规范化治疗),并采用目前国内通用的哮喘儿童生命质量调查问卷(PAQLQ),三个月后将教育组及对照组两组作生命质量评估、治疗的依从性及简易肺功能检查比较。结果:三个月后教育组与对照组相比较,教育组生命质量症状总得分均有明显提高,且哮喘患儿的治疗依从性及肺功能与对照组相比较,有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针对哮喘患儿及其家长进行系统的自我管理教育,不仅能显著提高哮喘患儿的生命质量,而且患儿的治疗依从性及治疗效果有明显改善。 Objective: To analyse the self-management education about the clinical effect on quality of life in children with asthma. Method: Took 80 cases of children with bronchial asthma into this study, all children ages between 5 and 14. Randomly divided the children into observation group ( standard treatment + self-management education ) and control group ( standardized treatment ) , each group contained 40 cases. U- sing the Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire( PAQLQ ) as instrument for measuring of treatment compliance and simple pulmonary function test comparison after thr,~e months in observation group and con- trol group. Result: After three months, compared the observation gfotip with the control group, the quality of life has obviously improved. Besides, the treatment compliance with asthma and lung function in observation group was better than control group, the differences has statistical significance (P〈 0.01). Conclusion: The system of self-management education in children with asthma has clinical effect, not only improve the quality of life , but also improve the treatment compliance.
