锌制剂辅助治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察患有秋季腹泻的小儿患者应用锌制剂辅助治疗的疗效。方法:对2010年1月至2011年12月的167例患有秋季腹泻的小儿患者进行分组治疗,分组方法采用数字抽取法,锌制剂组87例,无锌组80例。两组均进行常规对症治疗,服用思密达,给予补液和喂养等。锌制剂组在上述治疗中增加补锌操作,观察两组的疗效和止泻用时。结果:在总有效率方面的比较,锌制剂组(94.3%)比无锌组(73.8%)要高,且差异显著(P<0.01);在止泻用时方面的比较,锌制剂组(3.0±0.4d)比无锌组(6.4±2.2d)要短,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:患有秋季腹泻的小儿患者应用锌制剂辅助治疗能够缓解病情,快速止泻,应加强在儿科的推广力度。 Objective: To observe the effect of zinc preparations in the treatment of patients with diar- rhea. Method:From Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2011, 167 cases pediatric patients with diarrhea, By digital extrac-tion method, They were divided into zinc formulation group ( 87 cases l , and 80 cases without zinc group. The patients were given smecta rehydration and feeding. Zinc formulation group increased zinc supplementa-tion in the treatment, observe curative effect of two groups and the time of checking diarrhea. Result: In comparison of total efficiency, zinc preparations (94.3% ) was higher than without zinc group (73.8% ) ( P 〈0.011 , In the aspect of checking diarrhea and zinc preparation group ( 3 ± 0.4 days) was shorter than the non-zinc Group (6.4 ± 2.2 days ) , There's significant difference ( P〈0.05 I. Conclusion: Children suffer-ing from diarrhea zinc preparations in the treatment of patients with palliative, fast- diarrhea should be strengthened in the promotion of children.
