摘要 本文提出采用快速注射成型二步溶剂脱脂法制备氧化锆生物陶瓷牙桩的方法,具有产品高精度,生产高效率,自动化程度高,节能环保等优点。时论了煤油溶剂脱脂机理并对油脱脂过程的显微结构发展进行了表征和分析。自行开发出了三代新型氧化锆陶瓷牙桩并已进入了临床实验。 In this paper, we adopted rapid injection molding method to fabricate novel dental post. This method possesses high precision, high production efficiency, high degree of automation, energy saving and environmental friendliness. The kerosene solvent extraction mechanism is discussed. The microstructure evolution of the extraction process is characterized and analyzed. Three generations of novel zirconia dental posts were developed and put into clinical trials.
