摘要
药物颗粒尺寸对药物生物利用度有很大影响,通过减小颗粒粒径可以提高药物的生物利用度。本文主要介绍了超临界药物微细化的方法和药物的选择性。超临界流体快速膨胀法(RESS)的原理、过程及最新的研究进展。
The particle sizes of the drug were important for their bioavailability. The bicavailability can be improved by reducing the particle size. The methods and selectivity of the drug using supercritical fluid,, were reviewed. The princi- ple, process and the latest research progress of the rapid expansion of supercritical fluids method (RESS) were introduced too.
