醇-水溶液加热法制备纳米ZrO_2粉体的研究

摘要 以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O为主要原料,采用醇-水溶液加热法制备了ZrO_2纳米粉体。研究了醇-水溶液加热温度、醇的种类、醇水比、分散剂和煅烧温度等对纳米ZrO_2粉体合成的影响。结果表明:当反应温度为75℃,以乙醇为醇溶剂和醇水比为5:1,并加入4.0wt%PEG200作为分散剂,可制备出平均粒径为25nm且分散良好的纳米ZrO_2粉体。合成粉体在900℃煅烧后为纯的四方相ZrO_2。 Nano zirconia powders were synthesized by heating the alcohol-aqueous salt solution, using ZrOCl2.8H2O as the raw material. The influences of heating temperature, types of alcohol, ratio of alcohol to water, dispersant addition and calcining temperature on the formation of nano ZrO2 powder were investigated. The results show that well-dispersed ZrO2 nano powder with a mean particle size of 25nm could be prepared with the reaction temperature at 75℃, the ratio of ethanol to water at 5:1 and the addition of 4.0wt%PEG200. The synthesized powder is pure tetragonal ZrO2 when calcined at 900℃ for lh.
