摘要
运用SEM分析技术,研究了硼酸、氯化镁、氟化铝等矿化剂对α-Al_2O_3显微结构的影响。实验发现,硼酸具有促进晶粒长大的作用;氯化镁具有抑制晶粒长大的作用;氟化铝具有促进片状晶体生成和促进晶粒长大的作用。
The influence of additives, including boric acid, magnesium chloride and aluminum fluoride, on the microstructure of α- alumina has been studied by SEM. It was discovered that boric acid can promote grain growth, magnesium chloride has the opposite effect, and aluminum fluoride may promote big sheet crystal grain generation and development.
