摘要
弱酸性的条件下8-羟基喹啉与锌可发生反应形成二元络合物,该络合物在510 nm处产生较强的荧光峰,在一定合适的条件下测定实验样品的锌含量。结果显示,该分析方法变异系数(R.S.D)小于0.9%,加标回收率在90%~110%之间,符合分析的基本要求,可用于各种样品中微量锌的测定。
A binary - complex can be obtained by 8 - hydroxyl quinoline and Zinc reaction in acidic environment, which had a strong fluorescence peak at 510 nm. The experimental results showed R. S. D 〈 0.9%, and recovery rate 90% - 110%. The method can meet the basic requirements of chemical analysis, which can be used for the determination of trace Zinc content in a variety of samples.
