摘要
通过对保险粉废水进行化学氧化处理研究,为解决保险粉废水处理提供了参考。研究结果表明:经浓硫酸调节pH后,先经100 g.L-1CaCl2絮凝处理1 h,后用50 mL.L-1H2O2氧化处理3 h,保险粉废水COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand)从204620 mg.L-1降到123233 mg.L-1,其去除率达到39.8%,盐度去除率达到48.3%。
Chemical oxidation treatment of sodium hydrosulilte wastewater was researched, which provided the refer- ence for the treatment of sodium hydrosulfite wastewater. The result indicated that after pH was adjusted by concentrated sulfuric acid, flocculation treatment with 100 g·L-1 CaC12 for 1 h and oxidation treatment with 50 mL · L-1 H202 for 3 h, the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand ) of sodium hydrosulfite wastewater was decreased from 204620 mg · L-1 to 123233 mg · L-1 , COD removal was reached 39.8% , and salinity removal was reached 48.3%.
