Reforming Talent Training Mode to Cultivate High Quality Chemical Engineering Talents

在化学工程与工艺专业原有人才培养方案的基础上,结合社会发展需要,更新了人才培养观念,突出实践育人特色,深化了教学体制改革,构建了校校之间、校企之间等多种联合培养方式,形成体系开放、机制灵活、渠道互通、选择多样的人才培养模式。

On the basis of original personnel training of Chemical Engineering and Technology, the modes of training by updating conception with the demand of society development integrated, and intensifying reform of teaching system with practical training highlighted were elaborated, and such multiple training systems as school -to -school and school -to - enterprise were established with the purpose of constructing a training mode of open system, flexible mechanism, unimpeded communication and diverse choice, so as to foster high quality chemical engineering personnel and reform training mode.
