影响因素视角的山东省自主创新现状分析

Situation of Independent Innovation in Shandong Province from the View of Influencing Factors

自主创新成为转方式、调结构过程中的核心环节。山东省自主创新经过近几年建设已取得初步成效,为了更好促进自主创新建设和发展,本研究选取2000-2009年十年科技统计数据,重点从影响自主创新的五大因素视角开展分析,发现山东省自主创新出现新特点:专利总量滞后经济发展,科技投入结构中财政支撑力度需进一步加大,创新基础设施成效显著,外资促进作用减弱等新特点。

Independent Innovation is the key part in the process of changing the model and adjusting economic structure. Shandong Province has achieved initial success in recent few years. To improve the process of Independent Innovation of Shandong Province, the analysis is done from the five Independent Innovation factors based on the statistical data of ten years from 2000 to 2009. New characteristics of Independent Innovation appears ： the increasing of inventive patent is be- hind of the development of economy; financial input to science and technology is not enough; the function of innovation in- frastructure is working and foreign input recedes during the process of Independent Innovation in Shandong Province.
