近年来,经济全球化飞速发展,跨国经营已然成为一种趋势,其中对外直接投资是很多跨国公司走向世界寻求发展机遇的首选途径之一。当然有机遇就会有风险,如今中国建筑企业跨国经营在海外市场竞争激烈,在未能预料的环境变化等因素前提下承受巨大风险,要想获得生存和发展就要准确识别已经存在的风险并及时采取有效措施应对,以减少或消除所带来的损失,现以我国某建筑企业为例,分析跨国经营的主要风险并提出相应对策。

At present, with the rapid development of economic globalization, transnational operation has already become a tendency. FDI is especially used as the primary approach when they move overseas to seek future development. There is no denying that chances come with the danger of risks. Nowadays Chinese construction enterprises encounter the fierce compe- tition in overseas market, Furthermore this kind of risks are influenced by various environment changes. Thus measures must be taken to respond to the risks and then minimize or eliminate the loss to ensure our own survival and development. A certain Chinese international construction enterprise is taken for instance. The main risks which Chinese construction en- terprises are facing in Foreign Direct Investment are analyzed and the related have been put forward.
