摘要
在哲学视域下,分析了高校学生管理过程中学生主体性的哲理基础,进而考察了学生主体性和教师主导性的辩证关系,最后提出了实现学生主体性的具体路径:要尊重学生;培养学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的能力;加强党团组织建设与学生骨干的培养;教师工作中时刻注意总结、提炼。
This paper analyzes the philosophical basis of the subjectivity of the students in the process of college student management, and explores the dialectical relationship between the students' subjectivity and teachers' leading role. Final- ly, it puts forward the specific approaches to students' subjectivity : respecting the student; cultivating the students' ability of self education, self management and self service;strengthening the construction of party organization and the cultivating students' cadres ; teachers' frequent summary of gains and losses.
