摘要
为从源头上控制原油中携带的氯化物,中国石油化工股份有限公司某分公司在常减压蒸馏装置电脱盐系统试用了沧州信昌化工有限公司研发的TLV-1型高效原油氯转移剂。结果表明,氯转移剂能够有效将原油中的有机氯转化为无机氯,使电脱盐切水中的氯离子含量明显增加而随切水排出系统,有机氯脱除率大于80%;氯转移剂对脱盐温度、注水量、原油含氯量等操作参数的适应性较强;使用氯转移剂后,初馏塔、常压塔、减压塔顶污水中氯离子含量下降幅度大于30%,装置的低温位腐蚀现象得到减轻。
In order to remove the chloride in crude oil from the very beginning, a high efficiency chlo- ride transfer agent TLV - 1 developed by Cangzhou Xinchang Chemical Co Ltd was given a trial in the electro - static desalting system of atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit of Jiujiang Petrochemical Company,SINOPEC. The results showed that TLV - 1 could efficiently transform the organic chloride into the inorganic species, thus increasing the chloride ion content in the blow down water of resalting sys- tem and discharging the chloride ion together with the wastewater, so that the removal ratio of organicchloride achieved more than 80%. TLV - 1 had bet- ter flexibility to the operating conditions of resalting temperature,water injection raLe and chloride con- tent in crude oil. After using TLV - 1, the chloride ion content in the wastewater decreased by more than 30% at the top of primary tower, atmospheric tower and vacuum tower, and the low temperature corrosion was relieved in the unit.
