摘要 介绍了原料油中的金属,尤其是钒、镍等对催化裂化(FCC)催化剂的不利影响及应对措施。钒可使FCC催化剂中毒。抑制FCC催化剂钒污染的措施主要是降低再生温度、使用抗钒催化剂、采用金属捕集法、使用干气预提升和采用金属钝钒剂。 The harmful effect of metals, especially vanadium and nickel, in feedstocks on catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst and its countermeasures were summarized with 27 references. The measures for inhibiting vanadium contamination of catalyst were introduced, including decreasing regenerationtemperature and using anti -vanadium catalysts, metal passivators and methods of metal trap and dry gas pre - rising.
