ABA型两亲三嵌段共聚物的合成与表征

摘要 设计并合成了ABA型两亲三嵌段共聚物聚苯乙烯-聚乙二醇-聚苯乙烯(PSt-b-PEG-b-PSt).本实验中,聚乙二醇与2-溴代异丁酰溴通过酯化反应合成大分子引发剂,利用原子转移自由基(ATRP)法引发苯乙烯(St)单体进行聚合反应,合成了两亲性嵌段共聚物.利用1H-NMR、GPC等技术对大分子引发剂、嵌段共聚物的结构、分子量及其分布进行了表征. An amphiphilic ABA three-block copolymer, PSt-b-PEO-b-PSt is designed and synthesized. The macroinitiator is synthesized by the esterification between poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) and 2-Bromoisobutyryl bromide, and the atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) is utilized to initiate the polymerization of styrene. The amphiphilic copolymer is prepared, and the resulting macroinitiator and copolymer are characterized by 1H-NMR and GPC.
