摘要
采用停流式分光光度计测定二氧化氯浓度随时间的变化,对二氧化氯降解氨基硫脲的动力学规律进行了研究.结果表明,ClO2降解氨基硫脲的反应对于ClO2和氨基硫脲均为一级反应,总反应级数为二级,建立了动力学方程,测得pH=7.0时反应活化能为42.70 kJ.mol-1.酸度影响反应速率,酸性条件下反应速率常数k值较中性条件下小.
Reaction kinetics of thiosemicarbazide oxidation with chlorine dioxide in water solution is investigated by detecting concentration of chlorine dioxide with STOPPED-FLOW SPECTROPHOTOMETER(RA-401) at regular intervals. It shows that the reaction is first order with respect to both chlorine dioxide and thiosemicarbazide, and the entire reaction is second order, kinetics equation is founded, and reaction activation energy is 42.70kJ.mol -1 at pH 7.0. Acidity effects reaction rate, reaction rate constant are less in acidic medium than that in neutral medium.
