工学结合视域下高职院校学生管理问题与对策探析

Management Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students from an Work-integrated Learning's Aspect

应用性技能型人才的培养目标决定了我国高等职业教育的发展必然走"校企合作、工学结合"的道路。"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式的实效性在很大程度上取决于对在训学生的管理工作。管理主体缺位、思想观念错位和利益矛盾凸显是当下工学结合过程中学生管理工作出现的三大问题。高职院校学生管理工作必须要做到:解放思想,优化管理理念;对校企双方在学生管理上的强度弱化现象不能回避,必须客观地、实事就是地去分析原因、寻找对策;强化对在训学生的管理要以校企协作为抓手,实训三方要团结一致、通力合作,形成管理的合力;开拓创新,巧化管理难题。

The training target of skilled talents calls for a route of school-enterprise cooperation and work- integrated learning in China＇s higher vocational education. The effectiveness of the talent training mode of school -enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning mainly depends on the management of students in training. Management subject vacancy, ideas dislocation and interest contradictions are the three problems in student man- agement in the process of work-integrated learning. Higher vocational colleges＂ student management requires open mind and optimized management. It is required to analyze the concrete reasons for the weakened management and find the countermeasures. School-enterprise cooperation also plays an important role in student management. Innovation and simplification is also required.
