摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,选择合适的溶剂,在78℃条件下,采用溶液聚合法制备了油溶性三元共聚破乳剂。实验考察了单体配比、溶剂种类以及引发剂用量对合成破乳剂相对分子质量的影响,用凝胶渗透色谱对产物进行了相对分子质量测定,并对其进行了红外检测分析。结果表明,溶剂以及引发剂均存在最佳用量,即m(单体)=36g,单体质量比m(MMA)∶m(BA)∶m(MAA)=1∶9∶2,m(乙酸乙酯)=15.4g,m(引发剂)=0.6g为最佳合成条件,得到的破乳剂相对分子质量大,破乳效果好。在ρ(破乳剂)=300mg/L时,脱水率可达95.75%。
A kind of oleophilic demulsifier of ternary copolymer was synthesized at 78 ℃ by solution polymerization with methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BuAc) and a-methyl acrylic acid (MAA) as raw materials, azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator, and chosing an appropriate solvent. A gel permeation chromatography and a infrared detection analysis were made for the product. The influence of monomer ratio, and the dosage of solvent and initiator on the molecular weight of demulsifier was investigated, and demulsification experiment was completed. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows..36 g monomer,rn(MMA) : m(BA) : m(MAA)=1 : 9:2,15.4 g ethyl acetate, 0. 6 g initiator. When the dosage of the demulsifier was 300 mg/L, the dehydration rate reached up to 95.75%.
