浅谈项目后评价在国内工程建设领域中的应用

根据项目后评价的目的和任务,对已经实施完成并产生一定效益(结果)的项目所进行的后评价,其基本内容可归纳为4个方面,即项目过程评价、效益评价、影响评价以及持续性评价。后评价在工程建设领域的开展仍然急待政府、专家学者和企业的共同努力,才能提高行业的投资决策水平。作者通过介绍中国石油吉林石化分公司后评价相关内容,阐述了对我国投资项目后评价工作的认识。
