从高压浸出镓锗液中回收镓锗的试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用镓锗沉淀富集-二次酸溶-萃取分离试验工艺流程从浸锌渣中回收镓锗。新型萃取剂G315对镓、锗的萃取能力较强,具有工业前景。在优化试验工艺条件下,锌、镓、锗金属回收率分别达到90.03%、80.37%、65.88%,试验结果表明镓锗回收效果良好。 It has adopt the process of precipitating to beneficiate Ga & Ge, second acid dissolving, separating by extraction to recover Ga & Ge from Zinc-leaching residues.The novel extraetant G315 was found that it has good ability to extraction for Ga & Ge, which has the potential application in industry. The recovering rate of Zinc, Gallium and Germanium, respectively, were 90.03%, 80.37% and 65.88% at the optimal conditions. The experimental results showed that the result of recovering Zinc, Gallium and Germanium from Zinc-leaching residues was well.
