摘要 针对梅山化工酸性水处理现状,分析了存在的问题,开展了电石渣过滤试验,提出了一次沉降、一次浓缩、一次输送新工艺,并与选矿尾矿一起经过准25 m高压浓缩。实施结果表明:新工艺改善了环境,简化了工艺,生产顺畅,产生了较好的经济效益。 In allusion to the present situation of chemical acid water treatment in Meishan, the existing problem has been analyzed, and the filtering experiment about carbide slag was made. The new technology was put forward which includes one sedimentation, one thickening and one transporting. The acid water mixed with mineral separation tailings has been eongcentrated by the parameter 25 m high pressure thickener. Results show that the invironment was improved, the process was simplified, the production was unhindered, and good economic benifits has been achieved by using the new techonology.
