摘要
以2012年内蒙古电网的网架结构和年度方式计算数据为基础,按时域和频域分别对2012年夏季方式下500 kV系统的动态稳定特性进行了分析,得出结论:系统低谷负荷、山东电网外送、特高压联络线解列时,500 kV系统的动稳特性均有所下降。结合内蒙古电力公司对500 kV网架发展规划的构想,对两种不同规划方案下的500 kV系统的输送能力和解决窝电能力进行了比较,认为建设500 kV系统南部通道较北部通道更有利于提高500 kV系统稳定极限和输送能力,有利于解决系统窝电问题,结论可供电网规划部门参考。
Based on Inner Mongolia grid structure and the annual calculated data of 2012, dynamic stability problem and characteristics of 500 kV system were researched deeply from the angle of time domain and frequency domain respectively. The author gave out when low load, Shandong power grid output and UHV transmission line stopping operating, dynamic stability of 500 kV system would decrease. With the comparison between two different 500 kV network planning schemes of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company from aspects of enhancing transmission capacity and solving output limit of power plant, the conclusion is shown that the southern channel of 500 kV system is better at improving stability limit and transmission capacity than the northern one.
