摘要
GIS设备在加工装配前、现场安装后及正常运行中都要进行局部放电检测,可以有效发现各环节中造成的绝缘缺陷。文章对GIS常用局部放电测量方法,即传统检测方法、超高频检测法和超声波检测法进行了比较,并对超声波检测法检测GIS典型绝缘缺陷的图谱特征和故障判据进行了介绍,结合典型测量实例,分析验证了超声波检测法在现场试验中对GIS绝缘缺陷检测的有效性。
In order to find out the insulation fault effectively, Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS)equipment should be partial discharge tested in every link. In this paper, the author not only compared three common partial discharge test methods that are traditional test method, ultra-high frequency method and ultrasonic detecting method of GIS, but also introduced the characteristics of GIS typical insulation fault maps and the failure criterions of ultrasonic detecting. At last, the paper analyzed several typical cases to prove the effectiveness of the ultrasonic method used in field tests of GIS insulation fault.
