摘要
内蒙古国华呼伦贝尔发电有限公司厂区综合管架露天布置,原设计采用蒸汽伴热方式防寒防冻。冬季伴热蒸汽投运后,全厂管架系统存在跑冒滴漏、疏水无法回收、厂区环境污染、耗用辅助蒸汽、管道易冻结、公用系统安全稳定性受影响等问题。通过加装伴热联箱、装设系统隔离门,对综合管架伴热系统进行了改造,将蒸汽伴热方式改造为水伴热方式。改造后,综合管架伴热系统运行状况良好,系统运行可靠性及经济性得到提高。
In Inner Mongolia racks are outdoor arrangement, Guohua Hulunbeier Power Company, the original antifreezing method is tracing. After commissioning in winter, pipe support system is leakage comprehensive pipe designed by steam easily and unable to recover hydrophobic, factory environment is pollution heavily, auxiliary steam is consumpted and easy frozen, public security system is stability affected by issues. Through the installation of heating box, install the system isolating valves, the comprehensive pipe rack heat tracing system is transformed with hot water heating mode. After the reformation, comprehensive pipe rack heat tracing systems running in good condition, the system operation reliability and economy has been improved.
