摘要
针对某电厂一期、二期工程凝结水精处理树脂再生工艺中出现的"斜坡"、"漏斗"、"管道堵塞"、"环形山顶"等典型问题进行分析,认为其原因与树脂特性、设备构造、再生工艺、现场布局等因素有关,在针对相应问题分别采取了选购合适树脂、修改操作参数、优化再生步序、加强现场巡检等改进措施后,达到了较好的树脂再生效果:改进后的设备运行效果良好,树脂分离度达到99%以上,管道堵塞现象不再发生,且混床出水水质优良,实现了设备的安全经济运行。
Through analyzing the typical issues existing in project I and project Ⅱ of some power plant, the author found that the causes led to those issues were closely related to resin characteristics, equipment structure, regeneration process, site composition relevant, et al. Measures of purchasing appropriate resin, modifying the operation parameters, optimizing the regeneration sequence and strengthening the field inspection are adopted to deal with problems mentioned above seperately. And the treatment effect is good. The equipment ran well and resin separation was up to 99%. Pipe jams did not occur anymore, and safe and economic operation of equipment was achieved.
