摘要
目的建立测定逍遥丸中甘草苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%醋酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为276 nm。结果甘草苷进样量线性范围为0.008～0.4μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.79%,RSD=0.05%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确、灵敏、具有良好的耐用性,可作为逍遥丸中甘草苷的定量分析方法。
Objective To establish a method for HPLC determination of liquoritin in Xiaoyao Pills.Methods Agilent（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column as fixed phase and acetonitrile-0.05%acetic acid solution（13 ∶87）as mobile phase was adopted.The flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 276 nm.Results The linear range was 0.008-0.4 μg（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery of liquoritin was 99.79%,RSD=0.05%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It is adoptable for quantitative analysis of liquoritin in Xiaoyao pills.
