我院住院患者第二类精神药品应用和分析

Analysis of Type ⅡPsychotropic Drugs in Inpatients of Our Hospital

目的了解医院住院部第二类精神药品的使用情况,并分析其合理性。方法收集微机库中2011年1月至6月第二类精神药品使用情况,进行统计分析。采用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,进行合理用药评价。结果第二类精神药品共9个品种,主要以苯二氮类为主,占92.03%,DUI均值小于1。结论第二类精神药品应用合理,符合《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》的要求。

Objective To investigate the use status of psychotropic substances of categoryⅡin inpatients of our hospital and to evaluate its rationality.Methods The use status of psychotropic substances of categoryⅡin the hospital information system（HIS） of our hospital from January to June 2011 were collected for statistical analysis and rational drug evaluation using the defined daily dose（DDD） and the drug utilization index（DUI） as indexes.Results The used psychotropic substances of categoryⅡwere mainly 9 varieties.Benzodiazepine showed the highest percentages among 9 varieties,accounting for 92.1%.Their DUI 1.Conclusion The use of psychotropic substances of categoryⅡin our hospital is reasonable and basically complying with the Regulations on the Control of Anesthetic and Psychoactive Drugs.
