摘要
首先阐述了精益思想与六西格玛的概念和内涵,其次分析了我国物流企业的现状,最后探讨了精益六西格玛在物流系统中的实施条件及措施,旨在将精益六西格玛管理与物流系统相互融合,以实现整个供应链系统的最优化和顾客满意最大化。
The paper first describes the connotation of lean and six sigma,then it analyzes the existed problems in the logistics enterprises of our country,at last it discusses the operation terms and measures of lean six sigma in the logistics system in order to integrate lean six sigma with logistics so that we can optimize supply chain system and satisfy our customer at utmost.
