摘要
以吉林省M高校为个案,运用问卷调查法和访谈法对高校学生网上评教的有效性及相关问题进行了调查。调查结果显示,大学生对于评教必要性的认同程度较高,但对于评教客观性和有效性的认同程度比较低;参与评教的积极性较高,但对于多数教师的评价等级和真实看法存在差异,测评结果高于真实看法;部分大学生的评教态度或行为存在着善意不良或恶意不良现象。基于评教中的问题及原因的分析,提出了以人为本的发展性评教策略。
This article taking a case of a university in Jilin Province,investigating the effectiveness and related matters of university students' commenting on their teachers" teaching online through questionnaire and interviews.According to the results,college students confirm the necessity of this,but there exists differences in the level of evaluation and evaluation are higher than what they really think;and there also exists an unhealthy phenomenon that more or less exists kindness or maliciousness in part of college students.Based on this,the author puts forward developmental strategy from people-orientation when making comment on teachers' teaching.
