宁夏农村微型金融的发展在全国来说是比较成功的,特别是小额信贷的发展走在了全国的前列.微型金融在宁夏农村扶贫开发中发挥了重要作用,但在实施过程中也存在一些亟待解决的问题,只有将微型金融置于扶贫开发和社会主义新农村建设的大环境下统筹规划,保障微型金融发展资金,努力降低运营风险,在政策、体制等方面不断创新,才能使微型金融在农村扶贫开发中更好地发挥作用.
