乳腺癌X线钙化与肿瘤生物学标志物的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌X线钙化与ER、PR、C-erbB-2等肿瘤生物学标志物的相关性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的232例乳腺癌患者的术前乳腺X线钙化形态、分布与ER、PR、C-erbB-2等肿瘤生物学标志物的相关性。结果乳腺癌X线钙化形态的ER、PR、C-erbB-2表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。钙化分布与ER、PR表达差异不具有统计学意义(P≥0.05),但与C-erbB-2基因表达差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.966,P=0.007)。结论乳腺癌钙化形态、分布与ER、PR、C-erbB-2等肿瘤生物学标志物有一定的相关性,不定型模糊钙化可能预示肿瘤恶性程度较低,内分泌治疗有效,预后良好。 Objective To investigate the correlation between calcification features of breast cancer and their biomarkers.Methods 232 patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed for correlation between morphology and distribution of calcification in mammography and ER,PR,C-erbB-2 gene expression.Results The difference between calcification patterns and ER,PR,C-erbB-2 gene expression was statistically significant(P 0.05).The difference of calcium distribution and expression of ER and PR was not statistically significant(P ≥0.05),but there was statistically significant difference between C-erbB-2 expression and calcium distribution(χ2 =13.966,P = 0.007).Conclusions Pattern and distribuion of breast cancer calcification relate to their biomarkers.Unshaped fuzzy calcification may indicate well differentiation,effective endocrine therapy and good prognosis.
