摘要
目的探讨热敏灸热敏灸防治广泛性全宫切除术后膀胱尿潴留的护理及效果。方法对60例广泛性全子宫切除术患者术后进行热敏灸干预。结果患者拔除尿管后自主排尿有效率达到96.7%。结论热敏灸治疗广泛性全宫切除术后膀胱尿潴留具有操作简便、无创伤,疗效显著、不良反应小等特点,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of thermal moxibustion in treatment of bladder urinary retention after extensive total hysterectomy.Methods Sixty patients with extensive total hysterectomy received thermal moxibustion intervention.Result The self-voiding efficiency was 96.7% after patients had removal of the catheters.Conclusion Thermal moxibustion has the features of simple operation,non-invasion,significant effect and fewer adverse reactions in treatment of urinary retention after extensive total hysterectomy.
