摘要
目的评价糖尿病患者采用中医辨证施护的意义。方法糖尿病患者40例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组:采用常规糖尿病专业护理措施。观察组:进行中医辨证施护。结果观察组在疾病维度、心理功能及满意程度等方面的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护能够改善糖尿病患者的生活质量,并激发患者战胜疾病的信心,促进其生理和心理的舒适。
Objective To study the significance of dialectical nursing for patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Fourty patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group.The control group were nursed with routine nursing measures,and the observation group were served with dialectical nursing.Results Disease dimensions,psychological function and satisfaction in the observation group improved better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Dialectical nursing can improve the life quality,inspire confidence,and promote physical and psychological comfort for diabetic patients.
