当代名中医治疗痞满针刺选穴特点的数据挖掘分析

Data Mining Analysis on Characteristics of Point Selection for Acupuncture Treatment of Distension Syndromeby Contemporary Chinese Medicine

目的探索当代名中医针刺治疗痞满的选穴与配穴规律。方法收集当代名中医针刺治疗痞满医案158篇,建立痞满针刺临床文献数据库,在SPSS Clementine统计软件上对采集到的数据进行关联规则的统计分析,统计筛选出当代名中医针刺治疗痞满常用的经络、腧穴及配穴规律。结果利用关联规则方法得出常用经络、腧穴及配伍之间的对应规律,且根据关联规则挖掘提出的基本配穴规律与中医经络理论相契合。结论对当代名中医针刺治疗痞满文献筛选统计分析发现,采取数据挖掘技术能较好地挖掘中医经络理论指导下的针刺治疗痞满的用穴特点和配穴规律,因而人机结合整理名中医的经验是可行的。

Objective To explore the regularity of rules of point selection for acupuncture treatment of distension syndrome by contemporary Chinese medicine.Methods 158 medical records of distension syndrome treated with acupuncture by contemporary Chinese medicine were collected,and the clinical literature database of acupuncture treatment of f distension syndrom was established.Statistical analysis of association rules of data collected were made on the base of SPSS Clementine statistical software,and the commonly used meridians,acupoints and the law of points selection were selected and analyzed.Results The association laws among commonly used meridians,acupoints,and compatibility were derived by association rules,and the basic laws of acupoints compatibility derived by association rules fit the Chinese meridian theory.Conclusions The result of analysis and selection of literature of acupuncture treatment of distension syndrome by contemporary Chinese medicine shows that it is feasible to collate the experience of Chinese medicine practitioners through man-machine combination method,on the base of searching for the regularity of rules of point selection for acupuncture treatment of distension syndrome by contemporary Chinese medicine under the guidance of Chinese meridian theory.
