门诊处方3000例的统计分析

Statistical Analysis of 3 000 Cases of Outpatient Prescriptions

目的分析医院门诊处方质量的情况,促进合理用药及提高处方的书写质量。方法随机抽查医院2011年10月至12月门诊西药处方3000张进行统计和分析。结果合格处方2796张(93.2%),不合格处方204张(6.8%),其中处方前记错误率为53.5%,处方正文错误率为46.5%。结论本院门诊处方质量存在一定的问题,有待医师与药师共同努力,强化合理用药概念,保证用药的安全。

Objective To analyze the quality of hospital outpatient prescriptions,promote the rational use of medicines and improve the quality of prescription writing.Methods 3 000 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2011 were randomly sampled to summarize and analyze.Results Among 3 000 outpatient prescriptions,2 796 prescriptions were eligible（93.2%）,and 204 prescriptions were unqualified（6.8%） with prescription introduction error rate of 53.5%,prescription text error rate of 46.5%.Conclusions There are some problems of outpatient prescription quality in our hospital.Pharmacists and doctors should cooperatively strengthen the concept of rational drug use and ensure the safety of medication.
