摘要
分别用不同浓度盐溶液处理红八宝景天、粉八宝景天、景天三七和德国红景天4个品种的幼苗,测定其叶片水势、荧光效率、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:在盐胁迫下,4种景天幼苗叶片水势、荧光效率都呈下降趋势,而MDA含量上升。由此得出结论:景天三七的耐盐性最强,其次是德国红景天、粉八宝景天,而红八宝景天耐盐性最弱。
The seedlings of four stonecrops, namely, red sedum spectabile boreau, pink sedum spectabile boreau, aizoon stonecrop herb, and German Rhodiola rosea were trated with saline solutions of different concentrations to determine the content of leaf water potential, fluorescence efficiency, and malonaldehyde. The results show that under the salt stress, the leaf water potential, fluorescence efficiency of the four varieties tend to go down while the content of MDA increases. Hence, we conclude that aizoon stonecrop herb enjoys the strongest salt resistance followed by German Rhodiola rosea and pink sedum spectabile boreau while the salt resistance of red sedum spectabile boreau is the weakest.
