玉米秸秆饲料压块机的设计研究

摘要 为了改变传统的玉米秸秆利用方式,同时解决发展畜牧业中存在的饲料紧缺问题,设计一种小型玉米秸秆饲料压块机。阐述该机具的工作原理和总体结构,详细介绍各主要部件的结构设计。该压块机具有结构简单、体积小、操作方便等特点,能满足小规模生产块状饲料的需要。 A small-scaled maize straw foragizer was designed in a bid to change the conventional utilization of maize straws and to solve the problem of shortage of forages in stock raising. This article examines the working principle and the overall structure of the machine, in particular, the design of its various key parts. The designed foragizer enjoys such advantages as being simple in structure and small in size and it is easy to operate which indicates that it can meet the requirement for small scale production of lump forages.
