摘要
采用杨木化机浆污泥与马尾松纤维复合制得污泥/纤维复合纤维板,分析污泥添加量、脲醛树脂施加量和热压温度对复合板物理力学性能的影响,并用锥形量热仪分析复合纤维板的燃烧性能。结果表明:随着污泥加入量的增加,污泥/纤维复合板的内结合强度增加,但静曲强度和弹性模量则呈下降趋势。当污泥用量达到15%、施胶量为8%、热压温度为165℃时,污泥/纤维复合板的各项力学性能均能达到GB/T 11718—1999中密度纤维板国家标准要求。加入15%污泥的纤维板的热释放速率及质量损失速率均降低,可明显降低火灾的危险性。
A new type of fibreboard was manufactured by using the sludge recovered from alkaline hydrogen peroxide ma- chine pulp(APMP) of poplar and Pinus massoniana fiber as the starting materials in this paper. Effects of the ratio of sludge dosage, UF resin content, and hot-press temperature on the mechanical properties of the sludge-fiber boards were investigated. Result showed that higher content of sludge resulted in higher IB, lower MOR and MOE. A sludge-fiber board could be produced MDF used for interior with 15 % content of sludge, according with request of the Chinese na- tional standard GB/T 11718--1999. The fiber board with 15 % sludge could reduce the danger of the fire, the heat release rate and the mass loss rate of the board.
