高校科技成果转化对大学生创业的意义及发展对策

The significance and countermeasures to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements for college students' enterprise education

为有效解决大学生创业就业问题,对大学生转化科技成果创业进行了探讨,认为高校科技成果转化对促使大学生树立创业意识、提升大学生创业的科技含量、提高大学生创业的综合能力、降低大学生创业风险均具有重要意义。根据高校科技成果转化与大学生创业结合的现状及存在的主要问题,提出搭建技术转移服务平台、实现供需对接、制定出台大学生转化科技成果创业的激励政策、建立大学生创业基地、大学生创业要贯穿于高校科研始终等发展对策。

In order to effectively deal with the employment problems, the enterprise of college students through the improvement of education on the achievement transformation of college science and technology is mainly discussed. The analysis result reveals that the college achievement transformation is of great importance for college students to establish entrepreneurial thinking, enhance scientific and technological contents, improve comprehensive ability, reduce enterprise venture and promote rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces. According to the present situation and the existing problems in the college students＂ entrepreneurship education in combination with the scientific and technological achievement transformation from universities, this paper presents a series of suggestions including creating standardized technology markets, implementing interest and risk sharing mechanism, coming up with the incentive policies for college students to establish a business, building graduate entre- preneurial bases, and making the enterprise education always connected to college scientific researches.
