摘要
大学生就业中"闪辞"现象对高校毕业生就业工作的负面影响与日俱增。通过运用职业生涯规划教育理论,分析高校职业生涯规划教育重理论轻实践、师资结构不合理和缺乏长期引导等现状,认为高校应采取加强校企合作、优化教师结构和建立生涯导师制等措施,有效地减少大学生就业中的"闪辞"现象,提升大学生就业的稳定性。
The phenomenon of "Sudden Resign" of college graduates in the employment has a negative effect on their work. In this paper, the educational theory of occupation career planning is used to analysis this issue, indicating that the higher education in China pays more attention to theory than practice, with unreasonable structure of teachers and lack in long-term guidance. It is suggested that the effective reduction of the "Sudden Resign" phenomenon and increase of the stability of their careers should be realized by strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation, optimizing the structure of teachers and establishing a career tutorial system etc.
