摘要
为加强高校宿舍管理,构建符合大学生身心发展需求的宿舍环境,结合实际工作经验及大学生宿舍现状,提出通过加大投入、规范管理、个性服务、活动推进等一系列措施,建设和谐的宿舍环境、宿舍氛围和宿舍文化,从而推进高校学生宿舍整体和谐化发展。
In order to strengthen the management of college dormitories and build a dormitory atmosphere that can meet the physical and mental development of college students, the paper puts forward a variety of measures such as spending enhancement, standardized management, personalized service and other dormitory activities. With implementation of these measures, the harmonious dormitory surroundings, atmosphere and cultures could be successfully built and then the construction of harmonious college dormitories can be promoted further.
