A review on the overseas law of evidence in criminal action of Anglo-American law system

采用比较分析的方法,对国外的相关制度进行了考察以备借鉴之用。针对我国证人出庭作证制度中存在的问题,在立足国情的基础之上借鉴国外的先进做法,不仅从制度本身提出了完善建议,还提出了完善证人出庭制度的相关配套措施。

Using the comparative analysis method, this article carries on a research into the overseas related systems to provide references for use. The problems existing in the system of a witness to testify before court in China are discussed based on the national condition of China in this article by profiting from the overseas advanced practices, which provides not only some proposals for the perfection of the system itself, but also some related coordinated sets of measures for the system.
