摘要
洪泽湖是淮河流域最大的湖泊型水库,就其供水及水资源保护、防洪功能保护和生态保护等三方面进行了分析研究。供水及水资源保护方面主要分析了供水功能与水资源保护目标,提出了供水水源和饮用水源的保护意见。防洪功能保护方面主要分析了防洪功能保护目标,提出了行水通道和行、滞洪区的保护意见。生态保护方面主要分析了生态保护目标,提出了相关的保护意见。
The Hongze River is the biggest lake reservoir in the Huaihe River Basin. Water supplyand protection of water resources, protection of flood prevention function and protection of ecology are analysed in this article. The water supply function and the protection object of water resources are analysed. The protection judgements of water - supply source and drinking water source are put forward. The protection object of flood prevention function is analysed. The protection judgements of overflow passage, overflow basin and detention basin are put forward. The protection object of ecology is analysed. The related protection judgement is put forward.
