糖尿病合并慢性牙周炎患者的临床特点及远期预后

CLINICAL FEATURE AND PROGNOSIS OF DIABETES AND PERIDONTITIS

目的探讨糖尿病合并慢性牙周炎患者的临床特点及远期预后的方法。方法将符合条件104例病人进行分类比较,对牙周炎及糖尿病相关指标进行比较分析。结果实验组的糖尿病控制情况明显比对照组有优势(p<0.05)。结论牙周病治疗有利于糖尿病情的控制,改善体内代谢情况,说明糖尿病与牙周病之间存在相互影响关系,有利于对糖尿病患者的远期预后做准备。

Objective To explore the clinical feature and prognosis treatment of the patient who was suffer- ing Diabetes combine Periodontitis. Methods Dividing 104 patients who matched condition into 2 groups randomly was used to measure and analyze the index of Diabetes and Periodontitis, then compared. Results In experimental group, PD, AL, PLI, BI, HbAlc and FPG were obviously lower than control group. Conclusion Having a Periodontitis treatment was an effective way to control Diabetes and improve metabolism. Besides, it proved that Diabetes and Periodontitis had interrelationship, which benefit us to enhance the treatment of Diabetes.
