弘扬“三光荣”精神塑造地勘队伍核心价值理念

Carrying forward the Spirit of “Three Glories” and Shaping the Idea of Core Values of Geological Prospecting Units

"三光荣"精神是地勘文化的核心,是地质人在长期艰苦创业过程中形成的主人翁精神,"三光荣"精神的学习宣传和教育,是最大的文化建设,要加以总结、提炼、传承、弘扬,同时还要与时俱进地改革创新。地勘文化体现了地勘队伍是地质事业发展主体。地勘文化建设存在的不足:对地质事业发展的主体性认识不足;主体多元化发展导致队伍凝聚力削弱;主体角色定位需进一步明晰;主体对地质工作社会责任意识有所淡化。推进地勘文化建设应重视的几个问题:推进地勘文化建设应坚持以人为本,突出地质勘查队伍的主体地位;紧扣工作主题,增强地质勘查队伍的主体责任感和整体凝聚力;深化主体改革,创新和完善行业制度文化;加强载体建设,营造地勘精神家园。

The spirit of 'three glories',which includes dedicating the whole life to geological enterprise,prospecting and making contributions,and hard work,is the core of geological culture and the sense of ownership formed by geological people in their long-term painstaking effort process.This paper argues that we should summarize,extract,inherit,and promote the 'three glories' with timely reform and innovation.Some shortcomings involved in the construction of geological prospecting culture include: an inadequate understanding of the subjectivity of geological practice development;the diversified development led to the weakening of team cohesion;the role orientation of the subject need to be clarified;the geological work's conscientiousness of social responsibility of the subject has toned down.This paper suggests that promoting the construction of geological prospecting culture should insist on the people-oriented,lay stress on the principal position of geological prospecting team,follow closely the theme and enhance the sense of subject responsibility and the whole cohesion of geological prospecting team,deepen the reform of subject,innovate and perfect industrial system and culture,strengthen carrier construction and build the spiritual home of the geological exploration.
