基于Moldflow分析的多格盒注塑模设计

Design of injection mould for more-grid box based on Moldflow analysis

基于CAE技术,以多格盒为实例,介绍了Moldflow软件在注塑模具设计中的应用。文中借助模流分析软件Moldflow对制件的充模时间、注射压力、气穴和熔接痕等进行模拟分析,根据分析结果有针对性地调整模具设计方案,从而提高制品质量,缩短模具设计制造和产品开发周期。

Taking the multi-cell box as an example, the application of software Moldflow in the design of injection mould based on CAE technology was introduced. The filling time, injection pressure, air traps and weld lines of workpiece were analyzed by mould flow analysis software Moldflow. According to the analysis of the result, the mould design plan can be optimized contrapuntally, which could improve the product quality and short the design, manufacturing and product development cycle.
