摘要
根据驾驶室外板零件的结构特点和使用性能,分析了零件的成形工艺性,并制定了零件的冲压成形方案。为获得冲压成形质量良好的外板件,以有限元模拟软件AutoForm为平台,对零件的拉深成形、修边以及翻边工序进行了模拟。以仿真结果为依据,指导实际生产中的模具设计,并详细介绍了拉深成形工序模具设计要求和整体结构。生产实践证明,该零件合格率高,且与数值模拟结果吻合度好,降低了生产成本。
According to structural characteristics and using performance of the cab outer plate, the stamping process was analyzed, and the forming steps were finalized. To get high quality stamped panel, the drawing, trimming and flanging process of cab outer plate was simulated based on finite element analysis software AutoForm. The simulation results were used to guide dies' design, and the drawing die design requirements and general structure were introduced in detail. Production practice indicates that the pass rate of the part is high and the result is consistent with the numerical simulation, and it also lowers production cost.
