在黑龙江省伊春林区 ,以 16个林业局调查的数据为依据 ,并由木材年采伐量与剩余物密切相关这一特点 ,应用数理统计知识 ,建立了回归分析方程 ,从而对木材采伐量和剩余物做出预测和控制 ,为保护森林生态环境及林区工业生产的宏观决策 。

In Yichun forest region of Heilongjiang Province, according to the investig ation datums in the sixteen forestry bureans and according to the close relative character istic of annual surplus and wood cut materials the regression equation has been built by means of mathematical statistics, as a result a calculation and a control have been made to wood surplus materials and cut. In order to protect the ecologic environment of forests and the macroscopic policy decision of forest industrial production, the important reference datums are supplied.
