摘要
为探讨中学生时间管理自我监控与学业成绩的关系,采用时间管理自我监控量表对308名中学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明:中学生时间管理自我监控的性别差异不显著,年级差异显著,而且年级发展趋势呈"W"型;时间管理自我监控及各维度与学业成绩存在极显著的正相关关系,目标设置和主动性维度对学业成绩具有显著的预测作用。因此,时间管理自我监控是影响中学生学业成绩的重要因素。
To explore the correlation between self-control of time management and academic performance of middle school students, 308 students were tested using self-control scale of time management. The results showed that: There was no significant gender difference, however, there existed a significant grade differ- ence in self-control of time management of middle school students, and the grade tendency developed like a "W" figure; It showed a very significant positive correlation between self-control of time management and its dimensions and academic performance, and the dimensions of goal-setting and activeness had sig- nificant predicting effects on academic performance. In conclusion, self-control of time management was an important factor which influenced academic performance of middle school students.
