系统化护理干预对沿海地区职工“四高症”效果的影响

Effect of systematic nursing intervention on ＂four high disorders＂ in workers in the coastal areas

目的探讨系统化护理干预对沿海地区职工“四高症”（高血脂、高血压、高血糖、高尿酸血症）效果的影响。方法选取2010年9月至2011年8月确诊的150例“四高症”患者，将其随机分为观察组80例和对照组70例，观察组采用系统化护理干预，对照组采用常规护理，比较2组效果。结果观察组患者通过系统化护理干预后治疗效果（93．75％）明显优于对照组（74．29％），差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论系统化护理干预避免了直觉性、经验性护理的盲目性，对“四高症”的预防控制更加有效，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on ＂four high disorders＂ （ high cholesterol, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperuricemia ） in employees in the coastal areas. Methods 150 patients diagnosed as ＂four high disorders＂ between September 2010 to August 2011 were randomly divided into study group （ 80 patients ） and control group （ 70 patients ）. The study group received systematic nursing intervention, while the control group received routine nursing care. Results The study group was superior to the control group in the efficacy after systematic nursing intervention, with a significant statistical difference （ 93.75% vs 74.29%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention avoids blindness of intuitive, experiential nursing blindness. It is more effective in the prevention and control of ＇four high disorders＇ and the improvement of quality of life in patients.
